The Bombay High court has modified the condition of the bail granted to the former trustee of Lilavati Hospital Kishore Mehta in connection with a case of foreign exchange violation case registered by the Enforcement Directorate.
The magistrate's court, which granted the bail, had said Mehta should submit his passport and not leave the country without the court's permission.
Justice M L Tahaliyani has now directed that Mehta should intimate the ED before leaving the country.
