The theme of Narendra Kumar's collection was 'boys coming of age' and the designer decided to experiment with the look by using make-up on the male models during "The Milleninals" show at the ongoing Lakme Fashion Week.

Models sashayed down the ramp sporting electric blue eye shadows and scarlett lips during the initial part of the presentation of the line, aimed at the young male of 18-20 years.

The angst of the boys trying to figure out who they are on the crossroads of society, was portrayed in the first two sections with the use of make-up.

The rustic 'Urban Jungle' category was all about jungle prints in earthy tones, redefining neutral palette with olive green, khaki and salmon.

The 'Aqua Pop' section saw girls wearing linen shirts under bomber jackets and sporty linen trousers.

The third part of the show was about decadent embroidery and classic tailoring styles. Joggers and bomber jackets with embroidery were the highlights of this section.

The colour palette swayed from neutrals to bright pops of hues and then ended with deep tones of maroon and wine.

Actor Rahul Khanna was the showstopper. He was wearing a fully embroidered black jacket and fitted pants.

"The Millennials" by Kumar was presented by top linen brand Burgoyne.
