Mentha oil remained higher for the second day and prices rose further by 0.27 per cent to Rs 1,042.50 per kg in futures market today as participants engaged in enlarging their positions, taking positive cues from spot market on rising demand from consuming industries.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, mentha oil for delivery in February gained Rs 2.80, or 0.27 per cent to Rs 1,042.50 per kg in a business turnover of 15 lots.
