MEP Infrastructure today said its firm, a joint venture with Sanjose India Infrastructure & Construction, has won a highway project in Gujarat with a bid worth Rs 624 crore.
"MEP Infrastructure Developers (MEP) in joint venture with Sanjose India Infrastructure & Construction Private Limited has been declared as the successful bidder by NHAI (National Highways Authority of India) for four-laning of Talaja-Mahuva section of NH 8 E in Gujarat on hybrid annuity mode," the company said in a BSE filing.
It further said the construction period of the project is 2.5 years while concession period is 15 years excluding the construction period.

The company said its JV order book stands at Rs 3,232 crore to be executed over the next two-and-a-half years.
MEP Infrastructure shares were trading 5.74 per cent up at Rs 42.40 on BSE in the afternoon session.
