A 39-year-old Merchant Navy captain allegedly committed suicide at an ashram in Southeast Delhi's Sunlight Colony, police said today.
Although no suicide note has been recovered from the spot, initial investigation has indicated that the man was under stress owing to a property dispute in his family, they said.
It was because of the dispute that he had been living at the ashram for the past one month.
