Mercury rose marginally across the state as weather remained dry with Una in Shivalik foot hills being the hottest place in Himachal Pradesh at 42.2 degrees Celsius .
Sundernagar and Bhuntar recorded a high of 36.6 degrees and 36.2 degrees, followed by Nahan 35.1 degrees, Dharamsala 32.8 degrees, Solan 32.4 degrees, Manali 28.6 degrees, Shimla 27.7 degrees and Kalpa 25.6 degrees.
The minimum temperatures also remained two to three degree above normal at some places.

The local MeT office has predicted dry weather in the lower, mid and higher hills for four days from June 4 and rains or thundershowers in mid hills from June 8 onwards.
