In a relief of sorts in the times of hot and humid weather, the weatherman today forecast rain and thunderstorm in some parts of the national capital for tomorrow.
For Monday, the Meteorological department said, "Generally cloudy sky. Thunderstorm with rain may occur in some areas. The maximum and minimum temperatures would be around 37 and 29 degrees respectively."
Today, the maximum temperature in Delhi was recorded at 38.4 degrees, two notches above the normal level, while the minimum temperature was 31.2 degrees which was four notches above for the season average.

It also said that rainfall recorded in the past 24 hours was nil. The humidity in air oscillated between 51 per cent and 64 per cent.
Yesterday, the maximum temperature had settled at 38.1 degrees while the minimum temperature was recorded at 26.6 degrees.
