With an aim to expand its network of Franchisee-Owned Franchisee-Operated (FOFO) workshops to offer multi-brand car services, Mahindra First Choice Services (MFCS) plans to set up over 200 such units in the country every year (RPT) every year.

"We see great potential for multi-brand car servicing and intend to open 200+ FOFO workshops per year (RPT) per year in the country," Alok Kapoor, Head - Marketing & Franchise Development, MFCS, told reporters here today.

MFCS, which is India's leading chain of multi-brand car service workshops, opened its first FOFO workshop in Bhopal to cater to the needs of the region.

Its pan-India workshop strength now stands at 85, he said.

MFCS will operate through its three hubs based in Bhopal, Indore and Jabalpur, where it will be scaling up operations through multiple workshops.

The company aims to establish 30 multi-brand car workshops in Madhya Pradesh by March, 2016, he said.

Established in 2008, the company aims to offer a world class car servicing experience in India at value-for-money prices.

MFCS, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, plans to become one of the top three car service providers in the country by 2018, he added.
