MFN-status to India: Pak speaks of 'some reservations'

Without providing details, Jalil Abbas Jilani said Pakistan has "some reservations' on giving the MFN-status to India.

These reservations would be discussed at the meeting between officials of the Commerce Ministries of the two sides, he said during an informal interaction with journalists here.

Jilani did not specify the dates of the meeting.

He acknowledged that it was very important to improve relations and trade between the two countries.

The Pakistan Cabinet has already decided to give the MFN-status to India.
