The arrested has been identified as Adesh Kumar Maheshwari, Sanjay Kumar Jain, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime), said.
"Maheswari is married and doing odd jobs in private companies. From the last one month, he was working with a cigarette company in Noida as a salesman. Prior to this, he was working with the Logistic Company situated in the area of Badarpur.
"He used to revert back to every call which is received as missed or received from a wrong number. If the caller is a woman, then he would saved her number and harass her. He is having strained marital relation. To derive sadistic pleasure, he used to make obscene call," Jain said.
The arrest came following investigations into a complaint filed by a woman residing in Moti Bagh.
