Actor Mike Epps will star in the television adaptation of 'Uncle Buck'.
ABC has commissioned a pilot for a television comedy based on director John Hughes's 1989 film about a derelict uncle (John Candy) taking care of his niece and nephew.
Epps has signed up to play an updated version of Buck Russell in the ABC pilot, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
