Some reports said that Cyrus, 19, and her fiance Liam Hemsworth, 22, got engaged because the actress is pregnant, reported Daily Star.
"So sad that the nasty tabloids have to make up stories to sell their trashy mags. Can't they just leave these two alone and let them be happy? makes me so sad.
"This should be the happiest time of their lives and it makes me sick they USE her to sell mags... Thanks to all the Miley supporters who LOVE her (sic)," Cyrus' mother Tish posted on her Twitter page.
