An arrest warrant has reportedly been issued against Jesse Helt, who accepted Miley Cyrus' MTV VMA award on her behalf.
Halt, 22, who was sent by 'Wrecking Ball' singer on the stage to receive her trophy, is facing the arrest after violating his probation, reported the New York Post.
Halt was first arrested attempting to break into an apartment in Salem, Oregon in 2010, and was charged with criminal trespassing and mischief.

The homeless youth made many present at the awards ceremony, including Cyrus, emotional with his speech on the stage.
"I am accepting this award on behalf of the 1.6 million runaways and homeless youth in the United States who are starving, lost and scared for their lives right now.
"I know this because I am one of these people. I've survived in shelters all over the city. I've cleaned your hotel rooms, I've been an extra in your movies. I've been an extra in your life," he had said.
