The 20-year-old was sitting in the balcony with a friend when she was pictured with what looked like marijuana. She burst into laughter moments after being pictured and went inside her room and reappeared wearing big sunglasses, reported Radar online.
The singer's eyes appeared squinted as she took a deep drag on the rolled-up mystery stick. Witnesses claim she wasn't wearing her engagement ring, fuelling rumours her relationship with Liam Hemsworth is over.
Her fans posted their concern for the 20-year-old star on micro blogging site Twitter.
Rumours about trouble between Cyrus and Hemsworth have been doing the rounds for a while now. But the couple had recently rubbished such reports.
