A suspected militant was arrested with a grenade in Kulgam district of south Kashmir, which along with four other districts, went to polls in the second phase of Assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir today.
Bilal Ahmad Sheikh, a resident of Rampora village of Qoimoh, was arrested by a joint team of police, Rashtriya Rifles and CRPF last evening, a police spokesman said today.
He said a hand grenade was recovered from the possession of Sheikh who was booked under the Arms Act.
