Palmolein oil prices firmed up Rs 50 per quintal at the wholesale oils and oilseeds market today on the back of fresh buying by vanaspati millers.

However, other edible and non-edible oils after moving in a tight range in limited deals, settled around previous levels.

Traders said some buying by vanaspati millers against restricted supplies from vanaspati millers led to rise in palmolein oil prices.
