It was a cold day in Delhi with the maximum temperature being recorded at 22.3 degrees Celsius, a notch below normal.
The minimum temperature settled at 8.8 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the year. The humidity levels oscillated between 98 and 64 per cent, a Met official said.
The meteorological department has predicted a cloudy morning on Wednesday, with possibility of haze and smog thereafter.
"The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to settle around 23 and 9 degrees Celsius respectively, the official added.
On Monday, the maximum and minimum temperatures had settled at 24.8 and 8.2 degrees Celsius respectively.
