'Good Will Hunting' star Minnie Driver says she feels awful when she does not get to spend enough time with her son Henry due to work commitments.

The 43-year-old actress, who has a five-year-old son, often asks his nanny to bring him on the sets of her films, reported Contactmusic.

"If I leave the house before Henry has woken up and I am back after he has gone to bed, it's awful. So I find a way of getting his dad, or his nanny to bring him on set when I am working," Driver said.

The actress insists that working parents tend to enjoy their career more because their priorities change.

"Working parents enjoys their career more because you realise it's not the most important thing," she said.
