The duo were located and brought to Sirsa by the police from Faridabad after the parents of the girl filed a complaint against the youth Sukhchain Singh.
The girl's parents had alleged that the accused lured the girl away with him.
Another youth Balwant was named as his accomplice in this crime who too has been arrested.
The girl was presented before a magitrate who ordered that she be handed over to her maternal uncle as she was not willing to go back to her parents.
Sukhchain was sent to judicial custody for 14 days, police said.
The girl belonged to Dhingtania village in the district.
