An 11-year-old boy has gone missing from Rajendra Nagar area here with his parents alleging that he has been abducted, the police said today.
Last night, the boy had gone to attend a coaching class in Rajendra Nagar, where his tutor asked to go and call another student from her house so that they can be taught together, the police said.
The girl reached he coaching centre, but the boy did not return. Following this, the teacher informed the police and the parents, a police officer said.
A case of kidnapping has been registered and a search operation has been launched, SHO of Sahibabad police station Rakesh Kumar Singh said, adding, no call for ransom has been received by the family members so far.
