A 12-year-old class V boy was allegedly sodomised by minor son and brother-in-law of his landlord in Ghookna area here, police said today.
Sihani Gate Police Inspector Ashok Shishodia said that father of the victim, who lives in a rented house in Ghookna area, has complained that his 12-year-old son was sexually assaulted by minor son and brother-in-law named Kapil alias Kuckoo of his landlord last night.
Kuckoo, who runs a provision store in the same house and landlord's minor son dragged him inside a room and took turns to sodomise him, he said in his complaint, adding that the yelling boy somehow escaped from their captivity and reached home.
A case under Section 377 (unnatural offence) of IPC and Pocso Act has been registered, Shishodia said, adding that the victim boy has been sent for medical examination at government hospital.
Both accused are on run and a search operation has been launched to nab them, Shishodia said.
