In a suspected case of human trafficking, two minor dalit girls were allegedly kidnapped from a village in the district with their kin accusing police of not registering a written complaint in the case even eight days after the incident.
They alleged that the police have been assuring them of sorting out the matter by negotiating with the party concerned.
The distraught parents of the kidnapped girls, aged 15 and 16, claimed they have been urging authorities at Badkot police station to ascertain whereabouts of the girls ever since the incident took place on February 20 but to no avail.
