A minor fire was today reported
from Nizam Palace complex due to a short circuit in the electrical wiring.
Fire brigade officials said they sent two fire engines on the spot after getting the call but when the tenders reached the blaze was already put off using fire extinguishers.
Officials said the fire was minor and no damage was reported as a result.
The multi-storied Nizam Palace houses a number of government offices.
