An eighth standard girl was allegedly harassed and her brother beaten up by three youths at Kairana town in Shamli district, police said today.
According to an FIR lodged by her father, the girl was harassed by the trio yesterday when she was returning from school with her brother.
The brother was allegedly beaten up when he opposed the three youths.
A case has been registered against the three accused identified as Mandeshwer, Nitu and Umer, who are absconding, police said adding that efforts are on to nab them.
