A two-and-a-half-year-old girl was allegedly molested by the peon of a pre-primary school here over the last six days, police said today.
Saajan Thamang (30) was molesting the girl for the past five to six days and was caught by her parents in the school in Shyam Nagar area, they said.
The accused was arrested under section 354 of the IPC (use of criminal force to a woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and relevant sections of POCSO Act, police said, adding that the matter was being investigated.
