Four persons were arrested in Punjab's Moga district for allegedly abducting a seven-month-old boy, who was rescued later, police said today.
Sohan Singh, Paramjeet Kaur, Satpal Singh and Amarjeet Kaur allegedly abducted the minor yesterday from his home in Kot Ishe Khan village, they said.
The fifth accused has been identified and will be arrested soon, police said.
Following a complaint by the minor's mother, he was rescued from Karyal village, around 120 km from his home, they said.
A motorcycle used by the kidnappers has also been recovered, police said.
A case under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act has been registered against the accused, police said.
