Minor sodomised in Indore school

government school was allegedly sodomised by unidentified person on the premises of his school.

"The incident occurred on December 20 when an unidentified man allegedly picked up the class VI student of the school and subjected him to unnatural sex in one of the class rooms when other students were out on the playground," Malharganj Thana Incharge Sitaram Yadav told said today.

The accused fled from the school after committing the crime, he said quoting from the FIR lodged by the victim with the police.

A case under sections 377 (sexual activity against the order of nature) and 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) has been registered against the unidentified person, police said, adding the victim has been referred to a local hospital for medical investigation.

 

Meanwhile, students of the institute held a protest today demanding arrest of the culprit, police said.
