Three men allegedly stole a car from a youth here after beating him up, police said today.
Complainant Kamlesh Kumar, a resident of Delhi, claimed three men stole his car near Chandawali bridge yesterday when he was returning home. He said the men thrashed him when he tried to resist and fled, they said.
Meanwhile, a man was arrested after cannabis was seized from his possession, police said.
Acting on a tip-off, the police arrested the accused and seized 800 gm of cannabis.
In another incident, a seven-year-old boy was allegedly kidnapped under mysterious circumstances from his home, they said.
As per the complaint by his uncle, the boy has been missing from home since yesterday.
An FIR has been registered in all the cases and investigations are underway, police said.
