Body of a 16-year-old boy who had gone missing from his home was found in an open drain close to his house near here, police said.

Victim Danish's body was found at Nayee-ki-Thadi in Amber, but his father smells a foul play by his close relatives, the police said.

Danish was suffering from epilepsy, and had gone missing from home on February 24 night, and his body was found in the open drain yesterday, the Amber police said.

Father Abdul Hameed lodged an FIR with Amber police station alleging that his son was pushed by his relatives due to an old dispute of money lending, they said.

A case under section 304 of IPC has been lodged against accused Amardeen and Shahnad (Hameed's brother-in-law) for culpable homicide not amounting to murder, the police said.
