A trekker, who went missing last week in Dhauladhar hills here, has not yet been traced despite efforts by the district administration, officials said today.
Harnek Singh, an advocate, had gone for trekking in the mountainous of Bundlaon on September 1, police said.
His family members lost contact with him and they lodged a report with police on September 3, Sub Divisional Officer (SDM), Palampur, Ajit Bhardwaj told PTI.

A team of about 20 people that included the Bir Biling based mountaineering trained group of 3 persons and the local residents who are well versed with the topography of the area searched for him today as well but without any results.
Harnek is a frequent trekker and had been often travelling in that area. The area where he went missing is a dense forest with a lot of vegetation of scrubs and grasses, police said.
