The chargesheet was filed against Javid Ahmad Wani, who was arrested following a complaint by the principal of the school alleging huge discrepancies in the CP Fund, a police spokesman said.
The complaint was lodged on July 12 this year and preliminary investigations revealed that withdrawal and transfer of money from individual CP Fund accounts of a number of school employees had allegedly taken place, he said.
A special investigation team was constituted in the case.
"During the investigation, it came to light that the CP Fund were withdrawn by Wani, a resident of Delina village of Baramulla, who maintained the accounts pertaining to CP Fund and was also the treasurer of the CP Funds, by forging the signatures of the principal and staff members," the spokesman added.
