Actress Juliette Lewis, who co-starred with Misty Upham in 'August: Osage County', says police should do a proper investigation of her friend's death as she had many enemies.
Upham was found dead on October 16, more than a week after she was reported missing by her father. She was 32.
While the reason of her demise has not been determined yet, her family has called the death accidental, said the Huffington Post.

"Misty spoke out a lot against injustices within Native community. And had known enemies. Police must do an investigation," she tweeted.
The next day, the 'Natural Born Killers' star wrote that she couldn't sleep, as she felt sad about the loss of Upham and about 'how she died'.
Lewis added that she didn't want Upham's previous emotional issues, nor tension within the Native American community, to distract from the investigation.
Lewis also tweeted, "Misty told me about horrible violence she suffered on NA reservations. She felt she (could) be murdered! (Because) she was vocal. This is not a suicide."
The tweet has since been deleted.
