Mixed trend in commodities market

Prices of thoor, urad and gram dal went up while that of wheat went down at the wholesale foodgrains market during the week.

Rest all other commodities ruled steady.

Wheat declined to Rs 2,700 from its last week's rate of Rs 2,800 per quintal and maintained the same rate till today.

In contrast, thoor , urad and gram dal rose by Rs 100, Rs 200 and Rs 500 to Rs 10,900, Rs 10,700 and Rs 6,200 per quintal on Monday from its last week's rate of Rs 10,800, Rs 10,500 and Rs 5,700.

However, moong dal, sugar, maida (90 kg) and sooji(90 kg) ruled steady during the whole week.
