Mixed trend prevailed in the wholesale foodgrains market

Prices of thoor dal, urad dal and moong dal increased and gram dal decreased while all other commodities ruled steady in the wholesale foodgrains market here today.

Thoor dal rose by Rs 300 per quintal to Rs 13,800 from its yesterday's closing rate of Rs 13,500.

Urad dal price increased by Rs 300 per quintal to Rs 13,700 from its closing rates of Rs 13,400.

Price of Moong dal was up by Rs 200 per quintal to Rs 9,200 from yesterday's Rs 9,000.

Gram dal was less by Rs 100 to Rs 5,800 from Rs 5,900.

Sugar(Rs 3,450),wheat (Rs 3,000), Maida (90 kgs) (Rs 2,500) and sooji (Rs 90) (Rs 3,200).
 

Following are the wholesale rates of various agri-commodities (rates in rupees per quintal, unless stated otherwise): Thoor Dal Rs 13,800, Urad Dal Rs 13,700, Moong Dal Rs 9,200, Gram Dal Rs 5,800, Sugar Rs 3,450, Wheat Rs 3,000 Maida (90 kg) Rs 2,500 and Sooji (90 kg) Rs 3,200.
