NCP's Hemant Takle today created a flutter in the Maharashtra Legislative Council by claiming that he saw someone recording the House proceedings with a mobile camera.
"A hand with a mobile camera was seen from gap between the doors and evidently video recording was in progress," Takle said, intervening during a discussion on media "misquoting" Home Minister R R Patil's remarks on crimes against women yesterday.
Leader of Opposition Vinod Tawde (BJP) tried to assure Takle that no one from Opposition will resort to such a thing.
