On Friday, the maximum temperature appreciably rose at one or two places over South Coastal Tamil Nadu, rose at one or two places over South Tamil Nadu, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, fell at one or two places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh and changed little elsewhere over the region.
They were appreciably above normal at one or two places over North Tamil Nadu, Rayalaseema , Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, above normal at most places over Tamil Nadu at one or two places over Coastal and South Interior Karnataka, Kerala, Rayalaseema and were nearly normal over the rest of the region.
Anantapur and Tirupathi Airport recorded the highest maximum temperature of 41 degree Celsius in the region.
The minimum temperature appreciably fell at one or two places over Coastal Karnataka, fell at one or two places over South Coastal Tamil Nadu, Coastal Karnataka, rose at one or two places over Rayalaseema, North Interior Tamil Nadu and changed little elsewhere over the region.
They were appreciably below normal at one or two places over North Interior Karnataka, North Interior Tamil Nadu, above normal at one or two places over Interior Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Interior Karnataka, Kerala and changed little elsewhere over the region.
Mysooru recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 18 degree Celsius in the plains of the region.
