Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation (MMRC), which is implementing the Colaba-Seepz corridor, today said it has received bids from domestic and international players for the traction power supply contract.
The company has received bids from firms like Tata Projects, Larsen & Toubro and Siemens among others, MMRC said in a statement issued here.
The entire work has been divided into two contract packages, 11A (traction work) and 11B (power supply) for the purpose of smooth execution of works.

The 11B package work will consist of detailed design, engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of power supply works including receiving substations, 110 kV cabling works, traction substations, auxiliary main substations, switching sations, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system, and integration with other systems.
