MNS chief Raj Thackeray meets Nashik MLAs, corporators

Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray today held a closed-door meeting with local MLAs and corporators ahead of Assembly elections slated later this year.

Raj interacted with as many as 39 corporators of the party between 10.30 AM to 2.30 PM at 'Raigad', the MNS office here, sources said.

According to sources, Raj took stock of the development works in the city, performance of the party leader and city Mayor Yatin Wagh among other things.

MNS hold reigns of Nashik Municipal Corporation in partnership with the BJP.

All three MNS MLAs in Nashik city and party office-bearers too met Raj.
 

The Assembly elections are due in October-November.
