A group of unknown persons who are alleged to have been Congress workers today created a disturbance at a programme at Salon here which was attended by AAP leader Kumar Vishwas.
According to sources, the Congress workers arrived at a function organised by the Bar Association of Salon and shouted slogans against Vishwas.
The slogan-raising group had to be forcibly removed from the venue, sources added.
Neither Aam Aadmi Party nor Congress could be reached for comments.
AAP is looking to field Vishwas as its candidate for the Amethi Lok Sabha seat, which is represented by Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi.
