Mobile phone seized from prisoner

Haryana Police recovered a mobile phone from an inmate in Faridabad's Neemka jail, police said today.

A phone and a SIM card were recovered yesterday from Ludda alias Ravindra during inspection, a police spokesperson said.

The accused has been booked and the police have launched a probe in the matter, he said.

Recently, a mobile phone was recovered from a murder accused in this jail, even as prison authorities, during recent search operations, had seized phones from six inmates.
