Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu today inaugurated two mobile testing laboratories aimed at ensuring safe and potable water supply in rural areas.
The labs, capable of onsite testing of different water quality parameters, are funded by the state's Public Health Engineering Department.
The testing units will also spread awareness about clean drinking water.
Khandu said the labs are significant, as people in the rural areas are not much aware about the benefits of potable drinking water.
