The Election Commission today let off Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan with a light rap for violating the model code while campaigning for the assembly by-elections in the state.
The Commission also "censured" BJP leader Yashodhara Raje Scindia for "intimidating" voters during campaigning.
