A moderate five magnitude earthquake struck eastern Pakistan today, with tremors felt in several cities, but officials said there were no immediate reports of damage or casualties.
The epicentre was in northern India at a depth of 50 kilometres, regional meteorological chief Muhammad Riaz told AFP.
The quake was felt in several eastern cities including Lahore, Kasur, Okara and Sialkot, he said.
