Several districts of West Bengal received light to moderate rainfall except Coochbehar, which recorded heavy precipitation, as day temperatures remained low owing to cloudy conditions, the MeT department said here today.
Coochbehar in sub-Himalayan West Bengal recorded 189.8 mm rainfall, the highest in the state.
Other places in North Bengal received little or no rainfall, the MeT department said.

Kolkata received 9.4 mm rainfall, as the day's highest temperature was recorded at 31.9 degrees Celsius.
The weatherman has forecast generally cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain in the state for tomorrow, except in Bankura, which is likely to receive heavy rainfall.
