Moderate to heavy rains occurred in parts of Himachal Pradesh where the monsoon remained normal, with the exception of the lower hills which witnessed a hot and humid day.
The local Met office has warned of heavy rains in the mid and lower hills on July 16 and 17 and predicted a wet spell in the region upto July 21.
Dharamshala which received 95 mm of rains was the wettest place in the state.
