Modi to visit Varanasi on June 28

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit his parliamentary constituency here on June 28 for a short span of time, his third visit to the constituency since he took over office last year.

Modi is expected to visit his parliamentary constituency on June 28 for a span of 3-4 hours, an official said here.

As per the primary protocol received from the PMO to the district administration yesterday, the PM will arrive at Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport at Babatpur by a special plane at 4:20 pm and he will return back on the same day by 7:40 pm, Additional District Magistrate (city) Vindhyavasini Rai said.
 
The official informed that Modi will inaugurate Banaras Hindu University's much awaited trauma centre, a Rs 863 crore worth integrated power development scheme and is also likely to address a public rally during his short visit.

The final minute to minute protocol will arrive in coming few days, Rai added.
