The student allegedly molested the teacher inside a classroom three days ago following which she lodged an FIR, they said.
Since the student was below 18 years, the police referred the case to the Juvenile Justice Board.
Police said that the student was produced before the court and was ordered a 14-day stay in a juvenile home.
