A 17-year-old Bollywood actor who had accused a co-passenger of molesting her onboard a flight in December last year testified before a local court here on Thursday.

The proceedings were held in-camera.

While the prosecution questioned the actor on Thursday, she will be cross-examined by defence lawyers on Friday, court sources said.

The girl had alleged that she was on a Vistara flight from Delhi to Mumbai when the co-passenger, sitting behind her, put up his feet on her armrest and touched her inappropriately.

She recorded the incident on her mobile phone and uploaded the video on social media along with a post in which she shared her alleged ordeal.

"He kept nudging my shoulder and continued to move his foot up and down my back and neck," she wrote in the social media post which had gone viral.

A case was registered against the co-passenger at Sahar Police Station here under IPC section 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
