Monster India's virtual career fair from June 2-6

Leading online career and recruitment solution provider Monster India will conduct Virtual Career Fair (VCF) from June 2 to June 6 this year.

The VCF will see companies participating from across sectors such as IT, ITeS, Banking, Financial and Insurance and Engineering, among others, making it a right platform to land at for both freshers as well as experienced jobseekers.

"Virtual job fairs are setting the trend in job and candidate search. They are a unique, convenient and cost- effective alternative to actual career fairs in a media-rich interactive environment," Sanjay Modi, Managing Director, Monster.Com (India, Middle East and South East Asia) said.
 

Last few VCFs saw an unprecedented number of visitors and many have found their ideal job through this platform, Modi said adding, companies will launch big recruitment drives over the coming months and Monster is well placed to find appropriate jobs for candidates.

Monster's VCF gives an opportunity to enter a virtual exhibition, allowing jobseekers to interact with potential recruiters across the country.

In the last Monster India VCF, over 50 companies participated. The fair had attracted over 6 lakh visits and more than 2 lakh CVs were submitted.

The mobile interaction platform provides several booth options for jobseekers with the ability to use Skype or Chat in order to get interviewed.
