Moong and its dal prices rose by Rs 100 per quintal at the wholesale pulses market today on increased demand from retailers amid restricted arrivals from producing belts.
However, gram and its dal eased on adequate stocks position.
Traders said pick up in demand from retailers amidst restricted supplies from producing belts mainly led to the rise in moong and its dal prices.

On the other hand, gram eased by Rs 50 to Rs 3,550-4,150 per quintal. Its dal local and best quality shed Rs 100 each at Rs 3,800-4,000 and Rs 3,900-4,200 per quintal respectively.
